Kellen Wells-Mangold

Kellen Wells-Mangold assumed the role of Executive Director in June 2018. In addition to his duties with Chi Alpha Sigma, he works as the Associate Athletics Director for Compliance and Student-Athlete Services and Deputy Title IX officer at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. He is a 2022-2023 graduate of the NCAA Pathway Program. Wells-Mangold has also received the 2016 North Coast Athletic Conference dedicated service award, the 2019 Universities of Wisconsin P.B. Poorman Award for outstanding contributions to diversity, equity and inclusion efforts, and was part of the UW-River Falls administrative team that received the 2019 NCAA & MOAA Diversity and Inclusion Award. In addition to his work in college athletics on the national landscape, Wells-Mangold is actively involved in his community and serves on various local boards. A graduate of the University of Iowa and La Trobe University, Wells-Mangold resides in River Falls, WI with his wife and two children.
Assistant Director
BJ Pickard

BJ Pickard was named the Assistant Director in June 2019 bringing a focus to coordinating communications and assisting current chapters in their efforts to recognize their student-athletes. Pickard has served as the Associate Commissioner of the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) since 2017 and resides with his wife and daughter in River Falls, WI.
